Terminal Decline

This once mighty feature that dominated the skyline of the Largs Channel for half a century will soon be no more as the demolition contractor slowly reduces the colossus to scrap.

First for iron ore and latterly for coal there is now no market for a deep-water bulk terminal on the Clyde.
