Right to the Top

The white Clematis growing up the tree in the garden has now made it all the way to the top!  The previous owner obviously loved Clematis and it is growing in lots of locations round the garden and some is even gently scented, which is lovely.  BTW - how do you pronounce Clematis?  Is it clem-aah-tis?  Clem-ate-is?  Or CLEM-atis? 

A quiet day for me today while TJ was busy in the garden, but I did manage to contact an organisation in Perth for people with Macular problems and have arranged to go along to their next meeting.  Hope it will provide support and information.

I spent the afternoon lounging in the conservatory listening to my latest audiobook "The Horse Dancer" by JoJo Moyes and loving every minute of it.  It would make a fantastic film too, with some really dramatic scenes.

Weather a bit cooler by late afternoon, though still lovely and sunny.
