Before it goes

The iris is looking stunning and another two flowers have opened but this one is now fading.

It was another lovely day. In between meetings I went into the garden and watched the birds on the bird feeders. There was a starling and I think that it is the first one I’ve seen in the garden.

I’d ordered some seedlings for the tubs by the front door. After work HtP and I potted them on. The tubs by the front door which had contained lots bulbs are now past their best. A job for the bank holiday weekend.
