Roadworks

There are major roadworks in Blackheath.

For months now, the town has been transformed, especially at night, when the big machinery moves in.
This is all to widen the road (which is a major highway) and improve the flow and safety for drivers and pedestrians.
We have many months ahead of us before it is completed.

There are also many signs painted on the roads and footpaths, which presumably mean something to someone.
