Postcard

I got a postcard today which reminded me of how little physical post I receive.  I suspect sending postcards isn't really common anymore.  Still it was nice to read.

Another long day at work.  The problem from yesterday was solved by translating from one codepage to another.  You can imagine the excitement of that discovery.

There was also the constant ping of more work arriving by email.  I'm glad that sort of correspondence is only electronic - that would be a lot of paper otherwise.


There is no shortage of things to do next week.  Or the week after.  Or until the end of the year.
