Cooking video....

So, Fidelis is applying for a job and he needed a video to support his application, which was supposed to be as creative as possible!  Well, he decided to do a cooking video and I laughed so much - it must have taken over 10 times before we got something he was please with...and all because of laughter.

Went out for dinner as its his last night before he returns to Malawi.  It will be quiet tomorrow night without him!!
