Trial and Error!

We were up at just before 5.30 this morning to take our daughter to the Airport, so we had a fabulous treat and booked ourself in for breakfast at Hotel de Havelet, wow it was scrummy, a great way to start the Christmas holidays ;0) we popped down to the seafront 1st and I tried taking the tree against the dark inky-blue sky. It was still nightime at 7am but there were street-lights nearby. This blip is at it was, no flash or tarting up, and I am quite pleased with it.
Well best get on to clean the house, make stuffing and trifels and prepare the vegetables. I hope your day is great, and 'He' is nearly here!
