Daube

Southwestern French crushed beef and ventrèche daube, and chard. Wine: Château Orisse du Casse Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2012.

Very good daube, excellent wine. I always love chard, but don’t encounter it in kale-obsessed California as much as I’d like.
