Next Stop - Suzhou

Left Nanjing this morning for the next stop - Suzhou.

Another bullet train ride (speeds reported at 292km/h), and then a tour around the Couples Garden, one of many gardens in the city. There are plenty of canals here =, to give the city the name of the Venice of the Orient.

Dinner at the base of the Gateway to the East, also known as the Trousers building or the Pants building (for our American friends) before retiring to the hotel.
