Saturday

Not a day I want to repeat, and I'm still going through it. 
Woke and felt angry, destructive. Self harmed . 

In a haze walked round the supermarket. Then remembered to pick up my weekly meds. 

Went for a walk with the camera. 

Home , and for an hour and a half had a panic attack, took a diazepam and slept. 
Now I'm tempted to take more and go to the bed and end the day.
