Leptonella platts black

I had a quick scurry around the garden late this afternoon. This NZ native ground cover Leptonella platts black stood out like a jewel. In another year it will cover much of the bark mulch and look like a mini fern.

I'm glad it is the end of the week. I usually have very early starts at work Thursday and Friday, and today I had errands and a doc appointment to juggle too.

Today's gratitude: For the warmth of the sun this afternoon.
