Housemartins

The house martins are back in force. We have two nests under the eaves and a starling nesting in the guttering between us and next-door. Quite noisy in a morning but love it.

Not a lot achieved today. Went to a local nursery today to drool at all their huge pots which I would love for the garden. Did come away with a fe plants for the last raised bed which I have transferred from the veg patch to the front. 
Have got a butternut squash and a melon shooting on the kitchen windowsill. hopefully will have the poly tunnel up before they need planting out :-)
