After leaving Langdale Mary and I set off north, next stop Glasgow... except that we stopped for coffee in Ullswater and later called at Gretna Green... and of course we just had to visit the nearby Outlet Village resulting in a number of bargain purchases!  Then, at last, onto Glasgow and our SYHA ensuite room for the night.  The photos are from a wander around the local area.

p.s. I must be in holiday mode as I was happy at 60mph on the motorway!
