Today Most Of Europe Said No To Extremism .

Extreme right wing politics are on the rise ..Demonstrations against such were in many German and European cities today .So far have found nothing re  UK . Invited to take part in the march but  5 +km would have been too much so walked the 17th Juni Straße to the Victory Column. .After a rest at the base , got a ticket and climbed the spiral staircase to the viewing platform .Had  a  break each floor and what seemed like an age later got to the top .'No pain no gain' proved  so true . My plan being  to film the people as they  came through the Brandenburg Gate . Not the best image but an event to remember . Two polizei were  up at the top and they were great .In touch with the demo they kept  me posted re  how long it would be until those taking part reached the gate ..Got some shots and then began to go down where I met those involved .. Went for coffee and experienced many wonderful encounters with people. Even swallows were taking part around the Victory column as were hooded crows .
