Leap of Faith

Leaping from one food source to another as I sat on the grass quietly watching the antics of the pair. Obviously the quieter and more still I was meant trust was built up. A leap of faith ....

I'd been photographing damselflies but honestly the squirrels were far more fun and I wanted to get a leaping shot. Goodness trying to get one meant using a lot of shutter - a huge amount in fact. You thought they were going to jump and it looked like they were going to jump, you pressed the shutter roll but did they - no. Then...suddenly they did! Always!
