A New Day!

This was the view from our hotel room at Terrigal this morning. A truly glorious sunrise greeted us just before 7.00am. This is the very first glimpse of the sun as it popped its head over the horizon in the east.

We have had a nice couple of days away from the mountains and CCN and I always love to be near the water. It’s hard to believe how much the Central Coast has grown over the past twenty years. It’s really just an extension of Sydney now. We are looking forward to the opening of the “North Connect” which will cut almost 40 minutes off our trip. That’s how long it took us to do 6.8 Kilometres along Pennant Hills Road on our way north on Friday. I think this will be a nice destination for us once the tunnel is open.
