Light & sight

It's snow joke

I was rather hoping it would snow this year. I do like a bit of the wet white stuff of a winter. Yes it's slippy and slidey and just a little bit slushy and it does make starting your car in the mornings a right ole palaver, but you also get to build snowmen and read hysterical headlines in the Daily Fail and the Daily Excess about 'big chills', the end of civilisation and how that will affect house prices. You also get to look at crisp white fields glinting in the sunshine. It's just a little more dramatic when the white stuff falls from the sky. But after the last few, it seems we are back to business as usual when it comes to British winters - overcast, mild, overcast and above all, damp.
A Merry Xmas to all my blip friends. Tomorrow I want to see at least one mince pie blip, a glass of sherry blip, and a blip of a mince pie floating in a glass of sherry...or it just won't be blippin' Christmas
