Fame at last ...

... or just something else to have to dust

We had the final meeting of this year's camera club last night and I collected my trophy for the best 'image taken on a practical night'. The first name on the shield goes back to 1976, and the main inscription states it's the 'Practical Night Colour Slide Award'.

The club has an exhibition running In Cirencester from May 25th to May 31st, in the Bingham Gallery. It's to celebrate 80 years of the club since its formation in 1939. I'll be there on Sunday morning and Friday morning. Lots of great photos on display, and it's free!
