Mentally deranged? A total NIRTH* kinda guy? I think I am. I should be recovering from my half marathon from two days ago only for our car to have its MOT / servicing and hence I had to cycle to work. Only 11 miles away. Then I madly agreed to do some circuit training tonight with the clan. Baring in mind that that was the first time I had done circuit training since my school days. Mrs Tuttle the same. Despite the torture it was actually a quite enjoyable 45 minutes. Not sure what the morning has in store for me. Yipes.
