New lens!

I got a new lens today! A Tamron 90mm macro lens. Wow, it's so different to what I'm used to so I really can't use it that well. Both my other lenses are zoom lenses so not being able to zoom is something I need to learn to work with. I'll take it outside tomorrow when the sun's out to get used to it a bit more - the lights inside weren't bright enough and that made things even more difficult.

This is the best shot I could take with it today (actually, it's cropped because I was so busy making sure it focused right that I didn't even think of how badly I was framing the shot) - it's a bracelet my mother bought for me on the weekend. It sparkles in the light, which amuses me every time.
