Tacos

Tacos with skirt steak, sautéed mushrooms and onions, and flame-melted brie. Sides: black beans, Mexican rice, and tomatillo salsa.

These are from a favorite Mexican restaurant in our neighborhood. These are astonishingly delicious. The richness of the steak, the earthiness of the mushrooms,
and the brie-ness of the brie play off of each other more beautifully than seems possible.
