Idgy chatting

Another day interviewing with moderate success, but making someone an offer of a job is just the start of a the process, and it usually takes 2-3 months minimum to get them started. One guy who’d we’d done all the checks on started on Monday and said it wasn’t what he thought it would be and didn’t turn up today. Unbelievable.
On a positive not I met a dozen or so new staff on a training day who were very happy.
