The key to freedom

She told me yesterday" Finally i have got my keys from my home,tomorrow i will be going ". She is now a resident for more then 3 years. Still she thinks of going home which of course , with her needs , isn't possible. Somehow we give her hope , negotiations and telling the truth won t help.Actually that kind of approach works. It is important to live in their imagination and by that supporting them in coping with the present.
