A New Fairy......

After spending the day doing domestics and shopping for my dad, we needed some fresh air. So we opted for an early evening walk after the crowds had gone. 

A new fairy sculpture has arrived at Trentham Gardens! Not easy to photograph as the background's a bit messy from most angles.

When we got back I received an email with some sad news. My dad's oldest friend had died suddenly last week, so I would need to let my dad know. One for tomorrow I think. They had know each other since they were 11 years old. Here's a photo of them at his friends 80th birthday a couple of years ago.
