What is it?

I feel I should know but can't pin it down. It was growing in a large tub in the garden where we start the health walk.
Busy at cafe and glad I had my assistant back, there were a lot of toasties and they can be quite time consuming.
Afterwards went for a run with my friend and we finished up with a cuppa at the cafe (not the church one).
