Felt like the beginning of 28 Days Later

First session of counselling for depression (CfD) today. I found it a little odd and unsettling but can't quite put my finger on why... it's early days though.

It was in a HUGE new health centre in the arse end of nowhere and the massive waiting room was completely empty. That also seemed odd.

Norm very kindly took me there and we went for coffee, cake and a browse around a craft shop afterwards :-)
