Flower Friday: Poppy

This morning we finally got round to painting the garage, one of those jobs we've been putting off for ages and finally ran out of excuses for putting off any longer. It looks a lot better for it, although we might have to give it a second coat tomorrow.

Amongst the plants we bought a couple of weeks back were three poppies, red, yellow and orange; the orange one won the race to bloom first.
