Too close for comfort!

The six semi tame wild rabbits in the back field are getting just a bit too familiar!  They do a couple of hops in the other direction when they see Lottie and I coming their way, but aren't greatly concerned.  Unfortunately though, they seem to have some younger relations . . .  I am reminded of Rabbit's Friends and Relations in Winnie the Pooh!  

A couple of times recently I have seen baby bunnies in the hens' run, and today we have seen one in the veg garden!  Unfortunately it is just a hop, skip and a jump away from the back field, so we shall have to do some barricading!   Maybe instead of telling Lottie to leave them alone, we should be letting her see them off, but I'm not sure if she would be able to distinguish well enough between cats, hens and rabbits to know which she was, and which she wasn't, allowed to bark at and chase!
