Boris & A Cold Fish, Aylesford

The prospect of Boris becoming our Prime Minister makes me feel so depressed. Someone who can lie with complete impunity, doesn't understand the facts or do his homework on really important issues does not deserve the power of high office (who on earth does that remind me of!)
. He wants to be in power because he loves the limelight, because he thinks he's the dog's bollocks and because, in the end, he loves no-one but himself and his so called ideas.
Theresa May was just as bad but in another way  - a cold fish, so awkward that it made you wince, stubborn and totally unwilling to negotiate her so called "red lines". The Tories, as they stand, are an utter waste of space. However, Jeremy Corbyn is no better - someone who, at the moment, is sitting on the world's biggest fence just hoping against hope that everything will collapse so that he can take advantage of it. I'm afraid he hasn't got the courage of his convictions (if he has any).
Today's shot is pure chance - somehow a dead fish wrapped in newspaper has appeared at the top of the garden. Surreal but very apposite.
