Walking Meditation.

After a couple of hours of sitting meditation and dharma talks...with some interesting discussions...we headed out into the woods for a longer walking meditation.   The intention during this walk was for us to focus our attention on what we were surrounded by!   It's a lovely feeling walking thro the forest, with 10 or so people, in silence....paying attention to the beauty of it all.  of course being the 'official' retreat photographer, i was able to also take some images just for myself!!!

In the extra you see us at the little stream as we spent 5 or so minutes just listening to the water moving!

All day we are in silence, except in the Shrine room where we are sharing in the discussions.   Breakfast and lunch are in silence and then at the end of the day, when we break for dinner, we are allowed to natter!

Dinner was delicious and bountiful....we sure know how to eat on these retreats :)
