Passing Storm

The weather was incredibly changeable today. We had thought about eating outdoors, but it was too blustery. I did light the barbecue (with dragon watching over me!), and had to shelter the opening a bit to keep the wind from blowing it out. The yakitori came out great, though. 

The Japanese meal was a success, and we had a very relaxing day with our friends. I even forgot about work! 

At the end of the day, Gill and I went out for a walk around the Little Linton loop, and these amazing thunderheads rolled over, but never broke. It was a very nice walk.

Tomorrow we're off to Dorset for 5 days, though the teenager is not too keen. She'd rather stay home and eat toast and play Sims and see her friends.
