Sad day

Having had such a great day at the wedding yesterday, this morning we heard that my SiL, who had been admitted to hospital at the end of last week, died yesterday. It was very unexpected even though she had been unwell for some time. Following previous episodes she had always seemed to bounce back, but not this time. My brother hadn’t told anyone in the wedding party, including his son, as he wanted his son’s wedding day to go ahead without sadness. I think that was an amazing thing to do and must have been so hard. RIP Fiona.
