A Day Without Shadows....

The sun, when it did peek from behind the clouds, gave off such weak and diffuse light  that it barely made any shadows at all. so, I had to let the shadows theme go and just go with my soon-to-be-mowed wildflowers.  It is difficult for me to convert the colorful flowers to mono and many of them don't make the transition well----too much similarity in color values and not enough detail to make things interesting.  That being said, I believe that I found a Mexican Hat flower that will do nicely for today's Mono Monday!
