Three Deer in the Sunlight

Deer in the sunlight, as opposed to deer in the headlights on our early morning dog walk this morning. As usual, they spotted us before we saw them, and they were far enough away that Max never really saw them. A beautiful day this morning, 39 degrees and blue sky for a change. Normally on Memorial Day weekend the community pool opens up in our area, but not this year. It is unheated, so it would be a very chilly dip.

We appreciate the discipline that max enforces with at least two walks each day - kind of like the Blipfoto discipline of posting a photo every day. Having systems and discipline seems like a good thing, as long as there is also room for spontaneity.
