Pooh sticks

We went out early for a Christmas day walk in the Pentland Hills. We had a good walk and did pooh sticks in a burn, well it is more of a river at the moment with all the rain we have had.

Richard cheated and you can just see him down river trying to start his stick ahead of everyone. Most of the sticks sank so I am not sure who won in the end.

The Christmas dinner turned out well and I think everyone had a lovely relaxing day and liked their presents.
