Pork Chop

Pork chop with compound butter, black Camargue rice, spinach and tomato salad with feta, and aged gouda. Wine: D’Autrefois Pinot Noir Pays d’Oc Réserve 2017.

Everything was delicious, including the wine (an excellent value pinot).
