Cotinus coggygria 'Royal Purple'

Is what this looks like to me. I liked the drops of water on the leaves - they reminded me of drops of mercury.

Short excursion today to pick up more supplies for Robbie. Progress in that I now have CT scan (next week) and orthopaedic (the following week) appointments. In the meantime things are improving on their own, which is always the best thing that can happen.
