Not every day

Pinnacle

Crossing Maesglase on the southern fringes of Snowdonia, I stepped out onto this cockpit of rock. Suddenly there was nothing in front of me, nothing to the left of me and nothing to the right of me. I turned round in a slight panic, to find Raki happily blocking my retreat. We coped.

In extras, the Maesglase waterfall which is claimed to be the longest in Wales, and a hawthorn tree growing from a gold miners' ruin.
