Gone Fishin'

We flew to Bergerac from Birmingham this morning.  Emma and Andy met us in and we were taken to the gite we're staying at.  In fact there are two gites, one for Emma's lot (us) and one for Andy's lot (them).  

The accommodation is in the middle of the countryside, near a pond, apparently containing carp, and each gite has it's own swimming pool.  The weather is lovely and warm with even warmer weather forecast for the weekend, 31 degrees by Saturday, the day of the wedding.

I took a walk round the lake after lunch, this fishing net was waiting to be used, a couple of rods were on the other side.
