Harvel 5

So one of my favourite runs Harvel 5 on Saturday afternoon 2pm!! Oh dear going to be a hot one, This time last year recovering from surgery so had to miss the run but sat and cheered love the running clubs strap line as printed on medal.
Only run I know at water stations choice water or beer.

27 degrees temperatures for Saturday really do not like running in the heat... Do I don't I going through my mind?? Will see
Last year groups running with prosecco hydration packs!!! Mad!
