St Fagans National Museum of History

We started the day with an hour and a half walk through the misty and damp , but beautiful countryside. Then we were taken to this amazing museum. Since opening in 1948 St Fagans has moved over 40 original historic buildings from all over Wales. The main pic is of Nantwalter Cottage, Taliaris built in 1760 and re-erected in 1993. The extra is Maestir School, Lampeter built in 1880 and re-erected in 1984. It was incredible to see all this history dismantled and relocated to this site - an amazing feat and still continuing.
