Road to referendum (and indy)

The Referendum enabling bill was discussed in Parliament. It will set the framework and ground rules for all future referendums in Scotland including  indyref2, when it happens. The tories have been in quite a froth about it and, according to articles I've read, this could be because it manages to deftly and ingeniously pave the way for indyref2 to be called in a way that makes it difficult for Westminster to challenge. Hasn't stopped all the wannabe tory party leaders  lining up to tell us "no" though. It's almost as if they don't get this "equal partners in a Union" thing.
