I've been admiring acyclinggranny's fantastic blips from around here for some time. But to see it for myself was just amazing. We drove down the side of Lake Wanaka. It is just stunningly beautiful. White snow caped mountains fantastic reflections and an amazing shade of blue. We also had fantastic weather . We hope to go back another day to find the famous tree in the lake.
