Low Tide in Alki, Washington

I walked the beach earlier today and had the good fortune of meeting and befriending a fellow photographer that was in the process of contemplation. 
Although, I am not a believer bin anything but coincidences, I felt that the meeting was transcendental and that there was more to it.  Anyway, along the way I shot this image that I could only imagine in black and white.  It has been a profitable day, a new friend and an image I enjoy.  I hope you do like it as well.
