Hidden......

Another one of my spring calving cows calved today, even now it’s June . She is a pure Limousin heifer calf and her mother had her well hidden in the rushes while pretending nothing was happening .
A day of this and that. Managed to get the ride on lawn mower fired up with the jump starter box and gave the lawns a cut. It took a while as it must be nearly 3 weeks since they were done .
Then it was a Dad’s taxi night running Junior into a party in the big smoke, while Mrs F ran Littlemiss into a different type of party and girly sleepover .
No rain today, but the yard is back to its winter look , mud glorious mud . Roll on summer !
