Jam sugar

I'm running a 10k race in a few weeks and as I've been particularly lazy training up to now I dragged myself out for another run this morning, not realising it was 26 degrees already by 1000. That'll explain the pink face when I got home!

A bit of bean and cucumber planting and then lots of drills in my riding lesson. It had cooled down a bit by then but I've totally given up with my running cap / cycle helmet / riding hat hair today.

Three stages of strawberry on one plant caught my attention at the allotment. I think I'd better go and buy some jam sugar.
