Mincemeat muffins

Baked these mincemeat muffins this morning - the closest I will get to Christmas baking.

B and I braved the supermarket this afternoon to stock up for Christmas - not quite the carnage I was expecting but I did think I might have to wrestle a lady in Waitrose for the last chicken.
