Where is the object of his display?

On the Queen's Birthday holiday, S met with her poet friends for lunch, and I went to Western Springs Lake for a photo shoot. The birds were occasionally obliging, none more so than this large black swan. After a deal of heavy wing waving he cruised around fluttering his wings and tail feathers with nary another swan as audience to his magnificence.

It has been a quiet day, allowing me to read and rest. Daughters coming for dinner; will be nice to see them.
