Buck wheat - gluten free flour

I’ve had a bag of buckwheat flour in the cupboard for a while. Thought I’d try some pancakes, I’m always looking for a good bread type substitute. These aren’t bad, savoury not sweet.

Good news, wee Dodger my friend’s dog was found today, lost since Tuesday. Tired and hungry but glad to be home.
