White Campion - Silene latifolia

This is a first for me and quite a coincidence.  Yesterday in starring my pink Campion Sallymair drew my attention to the white Campion;  I had never seen nor heard of the white Campion before so you can imagine my astonishment when I spotted one amongst my pink Campion while  cutting the grass this morning!  There was only one plant so I decided to blip it in situ so that hopefully it self-seeds for next year.  Not too difficult because the wind speed is only 11 mph today!  Google tells me that at night the white Campion emits a rich scent that attracts moths  -  I can see evening strolls in the garden being on the 'to do' list for a while☺
